Her goal is to increase clientele by promoting her services through her own site, and to eventually provide animal care services on a full-time basis. Pet Pal Houston had no branding, website, or way of advertising its services online. Pet Pal Houston has a single owner, who didn't want her phone number or email to be posted publicly for security reasons.
Create a brand identity that would give Pet Pal Houston a unique, inviting, and friendly appearance.
Take photos of the client working and interacting with people's pets, and show them on Pet Pal Houston's website, to build trust from potential clients viewing the site.
Post recommendations/reviews from Pet Pal Houston's clients to further build trust from potential clients visiting their site.
Create a contact form so that clients can message Pet Pal Houston without the owner having to publicly display her phone number or email.
I began brainstorming, and drew a mind map to create a visual relationship between the ideas and thoughts that came to mind with animals and pets.
I aimed to design a site based on my client's business requirements, and its user's needs, so I put together a survey to find out what other peoples' goals and pain points were when it came to hiring pet/home sitters and dog walkers. As requested by my client, I also needed to find out the price ranges people were willing to pay for the services that Pet Pal Houston offered.

Compiling the results from my survey, I selected a few of the responses to interview with. I used these interviews to create personas, which helped to guide and keep me on track with my user's needs, as I designed Pet Pal Houston's site.
